5'' Flush-Mount Control Panel for Pellet Controller

The flush-mount control panel is a modern and minimalist solution designed for user convenience and seamless integration with interior decor. Featuring a glass surface with an intuitive touch interface, the panel allows quick and precise control of the heating system. The integrated display shows the current operating parameters of the device, while the entire unit is designed with durability, ease of use, and aesthetics in mind.

Control Panel – Flush-Mount Version

The flush-mount version of the control panel has been designed for easy and quick installation without the need to modify the wall structure. Equipped with a modern 5'' TFT touch display, it allows intuitive control of the entire heating system.

The user interface is designed to be clear and functional. In standby mode, the main screen displays the current and target temperatures for both the boiler and DHW, providing a quick overview of the most important parameters.
Views are also available for specific areas of the installation, such as the home heating screen, return protection valve, boiler control, and settings screen, where system parameters can be customized to meet individual needs.

Thanks to the modern and elegant design of the casing, the flush-mount version is ideally suited for both technical and utility rooms.

Connection and Communication

The panel communicates with the actuator module via a wired RS connection, ensuring stable and fast data exchange. The connector is located on the back of the device, allowing easy routing of the cable inside the wall. Installation does not require additional power – both communication and power are provided through a single shared connection.

Installation

The flush-mount control panel is designed for quick installation without the need to modify the wall. The device is mounted directly onto the wall surface using a dedicated bracket or support. This installation method ensures easy access for servicing, and it does not require specialized tools or creating an opening in the wall structure.

Additional Options

The actuator module comes with a control panel, which can be selected as a flush-mounted or surface-mounted version, depending on mounting preferences and installation conditions. Additionally, the user can equip the set with a dedicated enclosure for the actuator module, allowing for aesthetic and safe placement of the device in a control cabinet or on a wall.
