N100 Office Building and Café - Göd

The Sinum system manages four levels of underfloor heating and fan coil control, each zone equipped with dedicated thermostats. The engine room features Modbus-integrated LG heat pumps, complemented by industrial heat recovery ventilation, pumps, and numerous mixed circuits. Additional features include car driveway heating, seasonal temperature control based on outdoor conditions, and winter cooling via ventilation to prevent overheating of the fully glazed structure.
This project demonstrates how intelligent automation can provide comfort, energy efficiency, and operational reliability in a modern office and hospitality environment.

Bács Klíma - Company Office Building (Kecskemét)

This newly constructed office building was equipped with the Sinum system, offering comprehensive control of underfloor heating and fan coils across all office rooms and showrooms (14 units). Each space features individually adjustable temperature settings — ensuring maximum comfort for employees and visitors.
The project highlights how easily smart control solutions can be integrated into modern commercial buildings, combining efficiency, ergonomics, and advanced HVAC automation.

Furmint 3 - Residential Development (6 Blocks, 168 Apartments)

This large residential complex features a dedicated boiler room and a fully integrated automation system: control of the heating center, 0–10 V mixing valves, pumps, and domestic hot water circulation. Each apartment includes underfloor heating, ceiling heating, and ceiling cooling, with individual room-by-room temperature adjustment.
The installation showcases how advanced HVAC automation delivers year-round thermal comfort tailored to each resident’s preferences.

Béke Garden - Residential Complex (109 Apartments)

This project uses the dedicated Sinum Condominium Controller to manage heating and cooling across the entire development. Every apartment benefits from individual temperature regulation, while the building’s central heating system is fully integrated with the BMS.
This provides residents with complete comfort control, while building-wide energy management becomes more efficient and fully automated - a key advantage for large residential communities.

Gienger Hungary Headquarters - Office Building

The installation spans 34 heating and cooling zones, combining underfloor heating with fan coil cooling. All fan coils are integrated via Modbus, while the heating center is managed through centralized pumps and control units.
This project is an excellent example of how complex HVAC systems can operate seamlessly in a large office environment through intelligent automation and precise control.
