Our pellet boiler controllers are technologically advanced devices designed for modern heating systems. Thanks to their compatibility with various types of boilers — from simple to complex — they offer versatility and easy integration. The high-quality construction ensures long-term reliability, while the applied technological solutions enable precise heat management and full automation of the heating process — both locally and remotely.

Pellet Boiler Controller – Executive Module

The executive module is the heart of the entire control system — it manages real-time communication with all heating system components and serves as the central processing hub for sensor data. Designed for flexibility and maximum functionality, it supports a wide range of input and output signals, allowing precise control of even the most complex pellet heating systems.

Equipped with 15 outputs (230V), it enables simultaneous control of multiple devices — from feeders and pumps to fans and valves. Additionally, a voltage-free NO contact allows independent operation of an external device, such as a circulation pump or auxiliary alarm.

A comprehensive set of 11 temperature sensor inputs is available, including sensors for CH (central heating), DHW (domestic hot water), flue gas, return, outdoor temperature, valves, buffer tank, and flame detection. The integrated thermal fuse / STB provides an additional layer of boiler temperature safety.

Advanced motion and flow control are ensured by Hall effect sensors for the fan and grate. Two inputs for room thermostats make it possible to regulate temperature in two independent heating zones.

The module communicates with numerous optional devices via RS interface, including the Lambda probe, exhaust fan module, and valve control modules. Further expandability is available through wired or wireless Ethernet modules (Wi-Fi RS / ST-505), enabling remote monitoring and system management.

With two independent RS ports, the system can be expanded using a splitter to support even more digitally communicating devices. An optional fan capacitor can also be installed to enhance operational stability.

Compact yet powerful, this executive module guarantees efficient, safe, and fully configurable operation of the heating system — regardless of its level of complexity.

LED Indicators – Quick System Diagnostics

The executive module is equipped with a set of LED indicators designed to simplify real-time system monitoring and speed up diagnostics:

• Power – indicates proper connection and the presence of voltage in the device

• Communication – signals an active connection and data transfer between modules

• Update – indicates that a software or configuration update is in progress

Thanks to these indicators, both the user and service technician can quickly and easily assess the device’s status without the need for additional diagnostic tools.

DIN Rail Mounting

The executive module has been designed for quick and convenient installation on a standard 35mm DIN rail. The housing is equipped with snap locks, allowing for secure mounting without the need for additional tools. Thanks to its compact design and easy access to connectors, installation is fast and efficient—even in confined spaces within the distribution cabinet.

Mounting the module on a DIN rail ensures not only a clean and organized control cabinet layout, but also enables easy removal and replacement of the module whenever necessary.

Device Dimensions

The executive module has been designed for convenient installation in standard electrical cabinets. Thanks to its thoughtful design and proportions, the device fits perfectly on a DIN rail, providing not only functionality but also a neat and organized layout of the installation components.

Additional Options

The executive module comes with a control panel that provides intuitive system management. Depending on mounting preferences, the user can choose between two versions:

• Surface-mounted panel – ideal for quick installation without altering the wall structure
• Flush-mounted panel – a discreet and elegant solution installed in an electrical installation box

Additionally, the set can be equipped with a prepared executive module housing, mounted in an electrical cabinet while providing protection and a neat, aesthetically finish for the entire installation.
