Heat Recovery Controller Actuator Module – SIMPLE Version

The actuator modules for heat recovery systems provide full control over mechanical ventilation in a building, both locally and remotely via a dedicated mobile application. They allow easy management of air exchange, adjusting the system’s operation intensity to the actual needs of the occupants and current conditions.

The controller helps maintain optimal indoor conditions while minimizing energy losses and generating measurable savings. The system is designed with user convenience in mind and integrates seamlessly with modern HVAC solutions.

Module Versions – SIMPLE

The control modules are available in two options: SIMPLE and EXTRA. They differ in the range of electronic components used, allowing you to select the variant best suited to the requirements of a specific installation. Each version provides a solid foundation for effective management of the heat recovery system – from the simplest applications to more advanced configurations.

Airflow Stabilization

The actuator module is equipped with precise Sensirion flow sensors, which enable continuous measurement of the supply and exhaust air in the rooms. By using these sensors, the system can automatically balance both airflow streams, ensuring stable and optimized ventilation. This control results in increased user comfort and higher energy efficiency of the entire installation.

Installation

The module board is mounted directly to the device enclosure using spacer pillars. This solution ensures structural stability and safety while allowing proper airflow around the electronic components. As a result, installation is quick, convenient, and does not require additional housings.

The module features a compact design, allowing easy integration into technical spaces.

Thanks to the standardized board dimensions and mounting holes, the module can be easily installed in a system enclosure or a dedicated installation space.

Optional Executive modules

The control panel is available as part of a kit with one of two actuator modules, tailored to different installation needs. The available options are Simple and Extra, which differ in the range of supported sensors, number of outputs, and functionality.

Each kit can be paired with either the BASIC or ADVANCE panel, depending on the chosen mounting type. The kit also includes the necessary cabling and sensors, allowing for quick and convenient system setup.
