Controllers for CH Pumps with an Anti-Stop Function
Principle of Operation
The EU-19 regulators anti-stop function is intended to control the CH water circulation pump. The potentiometer is used to adjust the set temperature. The regulator’s task is to: switch on the pump if the temperature reaches the set value, and to switch it off if the furnace cools down 2°C below the set value. Such an operation mode prevents the unnecessary operation of the pump, which makes it possible to save electricity and extends the pump’s life as well as improves its reliability. The EU-19 controller also has an additional anti-stop function which prevents pump stagnation beyond the season (the pump switches on approx. every 10 days for 1 minute).
