1. General Provisions

1.1. This regulation sets out the rules for the provision of electronic services through the website, in the form of sharing content, including access to the newsletter (hereinafter referred to as "Service"), to end users of the Internet who visit the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users").

1.2. The service is provided by TECH STEROWNIKI II Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office at ul. Biała Droga 31, 34-122 Wieprz, Poland, holding NIP 5512360632, REGON 356782780, registered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0000923648 (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider").

1.3. This Regulation is the regulation referred to in Article 8 of the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204).

2. Service and Use of the Service

2.1. The provided service consists of:

a) making the content of the Service available to end users of the Internet, including information about the Service Provider and news about the Service Provider's products, activities, and related topics;
b) providing end users of the Internet with the newsletter referred to in point 4.

2.2. The provided service is intended for:

a) users mentioned in point 2.1a – for all end users of the Internet using the Service;
b) users mentioned in point 2.1b – for end users who have additionally registered in the Service.

2.3. The use of the Service and the Newsletter is free of charge.

2.4. Proper use of the service is possible with a computer connected to the Internet (PC, Mac, or similar), equipped with an operating system (Windows, Mac OS, Linux, or similar), and the latest versions of popular web browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari) that support JAVA SCRIPT. Some services and tools may require access to an email account, and using video services may require Windows Media Player version 9 or higher or Adobe Flash Player version 9 or higher, unless otherwise stated.

3. Cookies

3.1. During the use of the service, cookies may be installed in the user's computer system. Cookies are used by the service provider for statistical, advertising, and analytical purposes, to optimize the website and present offers of interest to the user.

3.2. By default, software used to browse websites allows cookies to be placed on the user's device. These settings can be changed to block the automatic handling of cookies in the browser settings or to inform about each transmission to the user's device. Detailed information about the possibility and ways of handling cookies can be found in the software (browser) settings. Limiting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the website.

3.3. Some third-party cookies are added by services available on our site, but are beyond our control. These cookies are added by social networking services such as Facebook and are related to the possibility of sharing content on services whose icons are visible on the site.

4. Registration in the Service

4.1. Using the service does not require registration, but in order to automatically receive the newsletter, it is necessary to provide an email address and have an active and correctly configured email account.

5. Newsletter

5.1. A newsletter is made available within the Service, containing in particular technical information, commercial offers, and product promotions.

6. Personal Data

6.1. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to the processing of his/her personal data by the Service Provider.

6.2. We inform you that when processing your personal data, we are responsible for their secure use.

6.3. The administrator of personal data is TECH STEROWNIKI II Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, which processes the Users' personal data in accordance with the provisions of law, in particular the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

6.4. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

- to shape the content of the Agreement, modify it, terminate it, and properly provide electronic services, as well as to carry out settlements with the User;
- to conduct analyses and statistics and for business purposes;
- to sell products and services offered by us;
- to conduct marketing activities carried out by us alone or in cooperation with other entities;
- to pursue claims;
- archiving;
- responding to letters and requests;
- actions related to ensuring security;
- fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the administrator.

6.5. The legal basis for the processing of your data will be:

- consent given;
- the necessity to perform a contract or take action at your request before concluding a contract;
- the necessity to fulfill a legal obligation of the administrator;
- the necessity arising from the legally justified interests pursued by the administrator, such as responding to your letters and requests.

6.6. Your data may be transferred to the following entities:

- processors in connection with activities ordered by the company TECH STEROWNIKI II Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością;
- cooperating entities and contractors;
- courier and postal companies delivering shipments to you;
- law firms entrusted with certain proceedings;
- entities or authorities entitled to receive data under applicable law.

6.7. Your data may be transferred to third countries in connection with:

- activity on social media services and the use of plugins and other tools originating from these services (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Google+);
- the use of analytical and anonymized tracking tools, especially such as Google Analytics.

6.8. The period of processing your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data is processed. The period for which your personal data will be stored is calculated based on the following criteria:

- legal provisions that may require TECH STEROWNIKI II Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością to process data for a specific time (e.g., accounting law);
- the period during which services are provided;
- the period necessary to defend the administrator’s interests;
- the period for which consent was given.

6.9. You have the right to:

- request access to your personal data and correct it;
- request completion of incomplete personal data;
- request deletion of your data or restriction of processing;
- object to further processing of your personal data;
- transfer your personal data.

6.10. You may at any time request information about which of your personal data we hold. To do this, contact us – you will receive this information via email.

6.11. You have the right to refuse receiving direct marketing materials, including profiling prepared for the purpose of preparing such materials. You can do this by following the instructions in each such email.

6.12. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent is independent of how long you use the services and remains effective until it is revoked.

6.13. To ensure that your data will always be processed faithfully, transparently, and lawfully, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer. To contact the Data Protection Officer, write to poczta@techsterowniki.pl with the note "Personal Data".

6.14. If you have doubts about the correctness of your personal data processing by TECH STEROWNIKI II Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6.15. In the future, it may be necessary to update the Privacy Policy. The latest version will always be available on our website. We will inform about any changes in the content of the Privacy Policy, for example changes concerning the purpose of data usage, the identity of the Data Protection Officer, or your rights.

7. Responsibility

7.1. The content in the Service is for informational purposes only. We have made every effort to ensure the correctness of the information contained in the Service, however, the Service Provider does not guarantee that it is complete, exhaustive, accurate, or up-to-date. Any risk associated with using the content in the Service is borne solely by the User.

7.2. The Service may contain references to content posted on other websites. This does not mean that the Service Provider or the authors of the content in the Service endorse or are responsible for the content posted on such websites.

8. Complaints

8.1. Complaints regarding the Service should be submitted via email to the address: nowak@techsterowniki.pl

8.2. A complaint should include at least: the date and time of the event subject to the complaint, the email address of the complainant, and a brief description of the objections.

8.3. Complaints will be considered within 14 days of receipt, in the order of their submission. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the Service Provider will inform the complainant of the delay, providing the reason for the extension and the expected response time.

8.4. The complainant will be informed about the decision via email to the address provided in the complaint.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The information posted on the Service is protected by copyright. Copying, translating, storing, processing into other electronic media is prohibited. Copying and using, even in part, is allowed (except for fair use) only with the permission of the Service Provider. The content and structure of the website are protected by copyright. Reproduction of information, use of texts in whole or in part, or graphic materials requires prior written consent. The right to publication and reproduction belongs solely to the Service Provider.
