Wired Fan Coil Unit SBUS Module

Device Description

The KL-01m 230 Sbus module is designed to control the operation of a fan coil unit. The module can be managed from a control panel via the Modbus protocol or from the Sinum application via SBUS. The controller supports both 2-pipe and 4-pipe installations.
The module supports control of the fan and valves using either a 0–10 V signal or 230 V voltage. The control method for the connected device should be selected in the Sinum application or via the P-KL1 / P-KL3 panel.
The module firmware can be updated through the Sinum application or via the USB port (if there is no connection to the Sinum system).

Using the P-KL1 / P-KL3 panel or the Sinum application, the controller allows configuration of the control method for the fan and valves. By default, both the valve and the fan are set to 230 V control.
A mixed control configuration is also possible, for example: fan controlled by 0–10 V, valve controlled by 230 V.
In a 4-pipe installation, the valves must always use the same control method. After selecting a 4-pipe system, remember to assign the appropriate operating mode to each valve.
