The ST-521 control module is designed to provide full support for modern heat pump systems. With an extensive set of inputs and outputs, the device enables precise management of all key components of the installation – from heaters and mixing valves, through circulation pumps, to inverter communication and remote monitoring.

Support for multiple temperature sensors allows accurate monitoring of operating parameters, while dual-channel control of room thermostats enables independent management of two heating zones. Integration with RS-485 communication and an Ethernet module provides complete configuration flexibility and the possibility of remote control.

The ST-521 module is the heart of the system – ready to operate in even the most demanding heating and cooling installations.

The control module is equipped with a set of LED indicators that simplify real-time assessment of the system status and speed up diagnostics:

  • Power – signals proper connection and the presence of voltage in the device

  • Communication – indicates an active connection and data transmission between modules

  • Update – shows that a software or configuration update is in progress

Thanks to these indicators, both users and service technicians can quickly and easily identify the device status without the need for additional tools.

Installation

Installation

The control module has been designed for quick and convenient mounting on a standard 35mm DIN rail. The enclosure features clips that allow secure placement of the device without the need for additional tools. Thanks to its compact design and easy access to connectors, installation is straightforward even in confined switchboard spaces. Mounting on a DIN rail ensures not only an organized control cabinet but also easy removal and replacement of the module if necessary.
